E' l'amore vero male
Nel mio caso, a parte il grande classico "SARA PAVAN è il DIAVOLO", che se avessi un profilo su qualche social network diventerebbe il mio status, sono saltati fuori questi video:
- la puntata di LA CREAZIONE, il format per BONSAI TV del duo SANTICORNA (due videomakers fantastiche e simpaticissime), dedicata a me. OHMIOHDIOH!!! Poco meno di un anno fa è stata postata su youtube, non l'avevo mai vista... Mi fa uno strano effetto, considerando che è stata girata tra il 2009 e il 2010... Non ho voluto vedere quelle degli altri, ho paura del confronto, ma ci sono tutti, Paolo Parisi, Marco Ficarra, Arianna Vairo, Luca Genovese, Anna Ciammitti e la super Marina Girardi, tanto per dire quelli che mi vengono in mente per primi.
- un video fatto dal portale dedicato ai giovani della regione Friuli, troncato di netto appena probabilmente inizio a dire qualcosa di inappropriato su qualche amministrazione comunale... Dico, ma nessuno si è accorto che avevo la parrucca messa male?
- la vera chicca trash è la copertina che avevo fatto nel 1998, a 17 anni, per la compilation dei gruppi della mia città, copertina dalla quale si evince il mio orizzonte culturale di allora: una ragazza con i rasta! AIUTOOOH! Sullo sfondo il cosiddetto "molo", la scalinata di ingresso di una banca nella piazza principale di Pordenone, scalinata che per molti anni non era utilizzata e che era diventata il bivacco dei teenager. Qualche sabato fa ho notato che gli adolescenti se ne stanno riappropriando. Adesso quella copertina non sarebbe più così, con una ragazza che guarda fuori dal finestrino del bus, non perchè io abbia orizzonti culturali più elevati, ma semplicemente perchè per di là non ci passano più gli autobus, è diventata zona pedonale. Quanti ricordi. E poi viene citata Pupak, la mia prima autoproduzione, fondata nel 1997 con i coraggiosissimi Paolo Cossi ed Emanuele Rosso. Roba grossa!!!
Poi finalmente sono incappata in E' L'AMORE VERO MALE e mi sono tirata su il morale, non ho niente a che vedere con il video, se non forse che credo di averlo proiettato al Festival FMK di Cinemazero, ma se non l'ho fatto, dovrei farlo!

Filthy Frank sei nel mio cu... ore / Filthy Frank you're in my a(rm)ss
Nuovo articolo per Inutile, dedicato al mio idolo Filthy Frank! Qui in calce la traduzione in inglese.
No, I can't stand it, everyone is speaking about Filthy Frank for the less interesting thing he did, for a video so unrepresentative of his work that I would never talk about it if the main italian newspapers weren't mentioning my idol because of it. Filthy Frank cannot be remembered in the web history for launching the viral spread of Harlem Shake, I do not accept this.
What I know about him is that (maybe) he is Japanese, (almost) twenty years old, studying science of communication or something like that in New York and that his videos consciously make fun of everybody, including himself, without pity.
No politically correct moralism, no taboos, no highbrow comedy, Filthy Frank creates gags that like any work of contemporary art become meaningful (and funnier) through repetition and accumulation. And thanks to what appears to be a random combination of elements, video after video, through an extensive network of cross-references - so that at some point it only takes one "NYEEEES" to laugh out loud - we find ourselves into his hallucinatory world of wonders with a whole bunch of characters (such as Salamander Man and Pink Guy, adult and perverted versions of world wide icons like Kerokerokeroppi and Power Rangers respectively).
All these characters are defined by a precise iconography, including Filthy Frank, an alter ego of the author wearing glasses and a blue shirt buttoned to the collar: his hilarious faces and sexual itches represent the caricature of the modern man life style. Maybe I like him and his videos so much because, as Filthy Frank says, the people following him are sick and disgusting, and so I'm sick and disgusting too. Or maybe I like him so much because I know too many people in the neightbourhood that are really sick and disgusting, other than the stereotype of the Japanese employee who buys used teenagers underwear!

In Cinque racconti convivono le opere di Gabriella Giandelli, Andrea Bruno, Giacomo Monti, Michelangelo Setola, Francesco Cattani, autori di diverse generazioni,
accomunati da un interesse per storie che parlano dello spazio tra le persone, di relazioni e conflitti, e più in generale si potrebbe dire: della sostanza dell’uomo, dell’esistenza,
del contemporaneo in cui viviamo. Giandelli, Bruno, Monti, Setola, Cattani, sono autori in cui emerge uno stile definito, la presenza di una forma espressiva personale, di un filtro sul reale che prende corpo con tecniche e tic di un disegno che si fa racconto e punto di vista sul mondo.
